The following terms establish the guidelines for the usage of all BitBot ("BitBot", "we", "us", "our") services. By using BitBot services (including but not limited to BitBot, bitbot.tools, BitBot Ticker Bots) you agree to these stated terms. If you do not agree with one or more of the terms, you are strictly prohibited from using any service offered by BitBot.
Usage Policy
All services offered by BitBot are for personal, non-commercial use unless permission is granted with written agreement. We do not take responsibility for any legal repercussions caused by the use of our services and expect that you use them in compliance with all authority.
Usage of our services with malicious intent - including without limitation to attempting to copy content or flood servers - is strictly prohibited and will result in a loss of access. We reserve the right to restrict access to our services to any user or any group of users for any reason.
Disclaimer and Limitations
The content offered through our services are strictly for informational purposes only. Nothing displayed through BitBot constitutes professional or financial advice and should not be treated as such. You should not make any decision based on information provided by our services.
Throughout features including the news feed, BitBot provides links to external informational content. We take measures to ensure the integrity of these leads, however do not take responsibility for content that we link to, or any consequences that arise from the use of such.
BitBot is not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that arise from the use, misuse, or inability to use any of the services we offer.
Content Accuracy
While we endeavor to verify the accuracy of our content, we do not warrant the accuracy of the content that appears across our services. The information displayed is subject to any type of inaccuracies or errors. We reserve the right to make changes, remove, or discontinue any of our content at any time without notice and without liability to any party.
Subscription Services
BitBot offers various subscription based Premium plans for users that want to unlock additional features. Payment and usage of these subscriptions are subject to our terms.
Billing Periods
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription you agree to an initial and a recurring monthly fee. You are subject to all recurring monthly charges until cancellation of your subscription.
By purchasing an Annual Subscription you agree to an initial and recurring annual fee. Each fee payment is a prepayment for a full year of the subscription. You are subject to all recurring annual charges until cancellation of your subscription.
Cancellations
All monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by visiting your Premium Portal at https://bitbot.tools/premium/portal. Upon cancellation, you will have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the billing period, and your access to benefits will end thereafter.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any fees incurred for subscription to a Premium service. Once a fee is processed, your account will gain access to all benefits for the full billing period without possibility of a refund upon cancellation.
If you think you were overcharged or otherwise financially affected by a system malfunction, please contact our support team for individual investigation of the case.
Payment Policy
For recurring fees, your credit card or payment method will be charged automatically at the start of every new billing period. If we do not receive payment from your provider, you agree to pay all amounts due for the services used. We reserve the right to charge outstanding dues to any payment method that you have on file with us, and to also take all steps necessary to collect such amounts, without limitation to legal action.
For declined charges on active recurring subscriptions, your subscription will remain active while we attempt to retry charging your payment method on file. After multiple failures over a period of time, your subscription will be cancelled.
Usage Restrictions
You may not use a purchased subscription to re-sell, rent, or share benefits to other users. All benefits from your subscription plan are strictly for personal use only. We reserve the right to deny service or access to subscription benefits to users without possibility of refund.
Privacy
BitBot takes your privacy very seriously. Accordingly we have created a document outlining our privacy practices and how we gather, use, and manage data.
